Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise. The ideal candidate will have broad Azure knowledge combined with strong hands-on experience with Terraform, DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure management . This role will support the design, implementation, automation, security, and ongoing management of Azure infrastructure and services. Key Responsibilities Azure Compute and Storage Design, deploy, and manage Azure compute and storage services. Support scalable and reliable Azure infrastructure environments. Support Azure networking architecture and implementation. Work with Azure Virtual WAN , private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity. Troubleshoot and optimize cloud networking configurations. Azure Governance and Security Implement and manage Azure Policies and governance standards. Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) . Utilize Azure Advisor and security scoring capabilities to identify improvement opportunities. Support cloud security initiatives using Microsoft Defender for Cloud . Infrastructure as Code & Automation Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Use Git for source control and collaborative development. Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Azure CLI and PowerShell scripting . Support deployment automation and repeatable infrastructure provisioning. Azure Operations & Management Support Azure backup and recovery solutions using Azure Backup . Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support ongoing cloud operations. Identity & Access Management Support Azure and hybrid identity environments. Work with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) . Configure and manage Conditional Access policies. Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity security initiatives. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Git , Azure CLI, and PowerShell. Knowledge of Azure compute and storage services. Experience with Azure networking, including private endpoints and hybrid connectivity. Experience with Azure governance and security, including Azure Policy and RBAC. Experience with Azure monitoring and operational management. Knowledge of Azure identity and access management. Experience with hybrid identity, PIM, Conditional Access, and MFA. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure Virtual WAN . Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud . Experience using Azure Advisor and security scoring. Experience with Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) . Knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework (WAF) . Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and Azure CLI. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on Azure Cloud Engineer who combines strong Azure infrastructure knowledge with advanced Terraform/IaC and DevOps automation experience .
