Job Description

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Consultant to support their enterprise-wide Epic implementation as the organization progresses through CCV1 testing in preparation for the July 2027 go-live. This consultant will play a key role in supporting Beaker build, troubleshooting, configuration, development, testing, and optimization efforts across the laboratory environment.\n\nThe consultant will work closely with project leadership, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional application teams to ensure successful testing outcomes and continued implementation progress. Responsibilities include supporting implementation testing, resolving issues identified during testing cycles, workflow validation, system enhancements, and day-to-day Beaker support.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have deep Beaker CP and Microbiology expertise, a strong build background, and previous implementation experience in complex healthcare environments. This is a highly visible role supporting one of the largest Epic implementations in South Florida.
