IL BRUTTO BARTENDERS WANTED

IL BRUTTO is hiring a FULL + PART-TIME BARTENDERS. Weekend availability required. Il Brutto is more than a place for great food and drinks; it's a love letter to Italy. Our bar program is a thoughtful exploration of Italian drinking traditions - Vermouth on the rocks, amaro flights, aperitivo spritzes, and cocktails crafted with intention. Every pour is curated with care and passion. We're looking for bartenders who don't just shake and stir, but think, taste, and connect people who can move with speed and precision in a high-volume environment while still creating a bespoke, memorable experience for every guest at the bar.

What you'll do:

• Craft cocktails with precision and consistency, from Italian classics to original creations
• Share knowledge of vermouths, amari, and aperitivo culture with guests in an approachable way
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for
• Support bar operations: prep, stocking, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Contribute ideas and energy to a beverage program that values creativity and thoughtfulness

Who you are:

• You nerd out (or want to nerd out) on vermouth, amari, and aperitivo
• You care as much about the quality of your cocktails as you do the relationships you build with regulars
• You believe hospitality is an art form, not a script
• You are insatiably curious about the stories behind the products - the people, the places, the history
• You have previous experience in elevated bar service in a (very) high-volume atmosphere
• You work hard because you love what you do
