Job Title: Construction Laborer (5 YEAR PROJECT -- $20-24/HR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!!!!!)

Job Description

As a Construction Laborer, you will be an integral part of an entry-level team responsible for site cleanup, managing fencing and banners, moving materials, and performing various basic labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the construction site.
• Set up and manage fencing and banners.
• Transport and move materials as required.
• Collaborate with a team of laborers to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience.
• Experience in construction, especially commercial construction.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Proficiency in site cleanup.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted outdoors at a data center located in KS, with shifts from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Laborers are expected to provide their own personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, boots, gloves, and vest

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Soto, KS.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
