Key Responsibilities For The Billing Coordinator Role Ensure all daily billing is accurately reviewed, finalized, and posted to support financial and board reporting timelines Process and enter paper-based credit memos provided by AR, ensuring accuracy Manage scanning, attaching, and document management workflows in a paperless environment using Adobe Complete projects relating to configuring custom invoices Maintain rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume, repetitive environment Qualifications For The Billing Coordinator Demonstrated capacity to learn processes and systems quickly and independently Strong detail orientation and accuracy in data entry and billing functions Previous experience with Adobe for document management and scanning On-site role in the Kent area #BillingSpecialist #Accounting #AccountsReceivable #INJUL2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
