Job Description

We are a busy private pediatric group practice looking for a friendly and experienced receptionist to join our team!

Receptionist responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling patients, sending messages to physicians and nurses.

Additional responsibilities include:

Checking-in patients in a timely manner
Verifying insurance for each patient
Maintaining good communication between staff members
Collecting and documenting all fees and copayments at time of visit

Qualifications:

Applicant should have at least a high school diploma
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive and pleasant demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
