Accounts Payable Specialist

Job TitleAccounts Payable ClerkJob DescriptionRegular duties include matching purchase orders with receiving documents and vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, verifying management approval, coding invoices, processing payments, and performing month-end closing activities. Additional responsibilities involve preparing accrual sheets, assisting with 1099s, and maintaining department files.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or G.E.D, two or three years of accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics system is a plus.
