Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Our organization is currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Med Surg Trauma unit in El Paso, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves providing direct patient care while overseeing the daily clinical operations of a dynamic acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care while managing the clinical operations of the unit.
• Act as a resource for bedside nurses, assisting with assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee staffing and workflow management to maintain efficiency.
• Uphold quality and safety standards throughout the unit.
• Mentor and support nursing staff within a compassionate, patient-centered culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Med Surg or Trauma.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
