Professional Services Team

This team is responsible for acting as the growth engine of our partner channel. Our mission is to empower the Nuvemshop agency ecosystem, functioning as a technical bridge between our engineering and the partners who build solutions on our platform. The objective of this team is to ensure that agencies are self-sufficient and deliver high-quality projects with speed and technical excellence.

The Size Of Your Challenge

• Create and maintain structured technical guides on custom layouts, API integrations, checkout, and advanced functionalities;
• Develop technical FAQs and a centralized knowledge base to reduce reactive doubts and scale support to partners;
• Plan and execute technical webinars and training sessions to instruct the agency base;
• Expand the Partners Academy training modules and manage educational technical content;
• Operate code review processes and quality assurance for medium and large retailers, ensuring good practices in performance, security, and accessibility;
• Facilitate the technical feedback flow from agencies to Nuvemshop Product and Engineering teams;
• Act as a technical reference point for the internal team on complex development issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience in web development (frontend and/or full-stack);
• Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem and its technical particularities;
• Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and versioning with Git;
• Ability to communicate to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and didactic way;
• Experience in creating technical documentation or educational materials for developers;
• Ability to conduct clear technical presentations and training;
• Proactive, organized profile with a mindset oriented to the experience of partner people.
