Shift and Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Print jobs:

• Complete print requests received via walk-up, email, inter-office
• Answer phones
• General public, Staff and/or Judge office, State/County or City Agency

Copiers/Printers:

• Toner cartridges, jams, broke/fix (or warranty), setups, and/or moves as needed.
• Packing up and returning used toner cartridges to specified addresses for recycling.
• Toner cartridge and printer repair supply inventory.
• Scheduling with Konica Minolta for broken/fixed copiers.

Front Counter:

• Walk-up counter print jobs from the general public can include color, b/w jobs
• Walk-up public counter customers would also include Pro Se Packets.
• Sending and/or receiving faxes for staff/judges or counter customers:
• Scanning to email for staff/judges or counter customers
• Paper inventory/ordering and general office supplies

Scheduling equipment rentals:

• Phone, email, or walkup;
• Collect equipment rental fees from outside attorney offices. 
• Cash Register Transactions
• Prepare Deposits

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to interpret and analyze printer error messages.
• Ability to consult with users and assess and determine user needs and requirements.
• Skill at non-traditional problem-solving.
• Ability to work well with supervisors, judiciary, vendors, users, and other county and state agencies.
• Ability to work well with individuals with differing levels of technical knowledge and abilities.
• Ability to stage, configure, and install printers/copiers
• Knowledge to support multifunction printer devices
• Ability to perform cash transactions on cash register
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED.
