Content Marketing Manager

Develop and execute a unified global content strategy that drives organic growth across all markets. Define standards, processes, and best practices for content planning, creation, optimization, and maintenance. Build a data-driven content roadmap informed by user intent, search trends, performance insights, and business priorities. Collaborate with local SEO teams to strengthen organic visibility and address market‑specific opportunities. Provide strategic direction and quality oversight to content specialists across markets. Coordinate content initiatives delivered by HQ and support teams. Ensure published content meets SEO guidelines, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor content performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend optimization initiatives. Scale best practices across markets. Continuously improve content production processes, including AI‑powered solutions and workflow automation. Kogo poszukujemy? Key requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, or a related field. End-to-end content production experience (planning, briefing, coordination, QA, delivery). Strong SEO understanding: keyword research, search intent, content architecture. Experience creating SEO content briefs and editorial guidelines. E‑E‑A‑T principles understanding. Hands‑on with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Looker Studio. Familiarity with AI Search, GEO, LLM‑oriented content optimization. Experience with AI‑powered SEO tools (e.g., Surfer SEO). Excellent English (B2/C1). Strong project management skills. Analytical mindset, translating data into insights. Experience coordinating freelancers and content teams. Nice to have: Fintech, investing, trading, or financial services experience.
