Tworzenie contentu wideo - samodzielne nagrywanie i montaż materiałów wideo na potrzeby kampanii paid (Meta, YouTube) oraz kanałów organicznych (Instagram, TikTok). Nagrywanie różnorodnych formatów: od contentu mówionego, przez produktowy, po materiały inspirowane aktualnymi trendami. Analiza wyników tworzonych treści i wyciąganie wniosków w celu optymalizacji contentu. Współtworzenie planów contentowych dla kampanii marketingowych i premier produktowych. Śledzenie trendów i nowych formatów do wykorzystania w tworzonych materiałach. Realizacja materiałów we współpracy z influencerami i twórcami UGC. Bliska współpraca z zespołami Komunikacji, Designu, Performance Marketingu i Social Media. Kogo poszukujemy? Ok. 2-3 lata doświadczenia w tworzeniu contentu wideo na podobnym stanowisku lub w stylu UGC. Dobra prezencja przed kamerą i lekkość w operowaniu słowem. Znajomość trendów social media i umiejętność szybkiego przekładania ich na angażujący content. Swobodna obsługa programów do montażu wideo (preferowane Adobe Premiere Pro i/lub CapCut w wersjach desktopowych). Wysokie poczucie estetyki i dopasowanie do wizualnego języka marki Your KAYA. Rozumienie różnicy między contentem paid a organic i umiejętność dopasowania formy do celu. Odwaga w rozmowie o tematach tabu z wyczuciem i autentycznością. Kreatywność i nieszablonowe myślenie. Dbałość o detale i dobra organizacja pracy. Samodzielność i umiejętność pracy zespołowej. Mile widziane: Doświadczenie w branży beauty, wellness lub lifestyle.
