AI-Powered SEO & YouTube Growth Specialist

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role. You'll own SEO and YouTube growth for a single lead generation website, and you'll be doing the work yourself: keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, technical audits, plus producing and optimizing YouTube videos.

We work AI-first. Videos are generated using AI (we have an SOP for this that you'll follow and improve), and you'll be expected to use tools like Claude (especially Cowork), Codex, and ChatGPT daily to speed up execution.

To be clear upfront: this role involves real, daily execution work. We're looking for someone driven who wants to grow with us long-term, not someone looking for a pure management seat. For the right person, the earning ceiling is high. Top performance is rewarded with salary increases and profit sharing, so your income can grow well beyond the starting range.

**What You'll Do:**

✅ Own SEO strategy and execution for our lead gen website

✅ Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, technical audits, and content optimization yourself

✅ Generate YouTube videos using AI, following our existing SOP

✅ Optimize videos for viewership: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and retention

✅ Coordinate with content, dev, and outreach teams

✅ Report on rankings, traffic, video performance, and lead volume monthly

**Requirements:**

✅ Advanced hands-on SEO experience with proven lead generation results

✅ Comfortable executing SEO work directly, not just delegating it

✅ Experience growing a YouTube channel or optimizing videos for views

✅ Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini). Experience with Claude Cowork, agentic AI tools, or AI video generation is a strong plus

✅ Driven, self-motivated, and committed to seeing things through

✅ Strong organizational and project management skills

✅ Excellent English communication

✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable

**Compensation & Benefits:**

✅ USD $1,000–$1,500/month starting

✅ Significant upside: salary increases and profit sharing based on performance

✅ Full-time (40 hrs/week), flexible hours

✅ Performance reviews every 3 months after the initial 6-month period
