As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with employees, peers, vendors, and clients./ppJob Details: Full-Time/ppSchedule: Must be able to work 5 out of 7 days per week, Saturday and Sunday required./ppRate range: $25.50 $27.00/hour/ppPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliWelcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and online, ensuring they receive outstanding service reflective of Ironstates commitment to excellence./liliMaintain the reception area of our residential properties, ensuring it reflects our standards of professionalism and hospitality./liliAccurately manage client information in our database system, upholding confidentiality, and ensuring data integrity./liliUtilize office resources efficiently to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction levels, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness./liliAdhere to office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness in daily operations./liliPerform various administrative and clerical duties as assigned, supporting the smooth functioning of our residential properties./liliDemonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with a customer-centric approach in all interactions./liliUtilize strong organizational skills to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and client needs are addressed promptly./liliAssist with the lease renewal process by communicating with residents, negotiating renewals as appropriate, and completing all required administrative tasks./liliMaintain a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a genuine desire to assist clients and colleagues./liliExhibit dependability and punctuality, consistently adhering to high standards of professionalism and work ethics./liliDemonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications and office equipment, contributing to office efficiency./li/ulpManagement reserves the right to modify, add, or reassign duties based on operational needs./ppRequirements:/pulliMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience with a focus on customer service/liliExcellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach/liliAbility to organize, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment/liliPositive, friendly, and personable demeanor/liliReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic/liliFlexible and willing to learn different applications on computers and office machines/liliProficiency in MS Office/liliYardi experience is a plus./li/ulpUS work authorization is required.
