Bookkeeper — Part-Time

Location: Englewood, Colorado
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week, flexible within our business hours of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our office team in Englewood. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule during our regular Monday–Friday business hours.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, has strong math and communication skills, and understands basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (A/R), including posting, updating customer accounts, and some collections
• Accounts Payable (A/P), including reconciling purchase orders, entering invoices, and processing payments
• Inventory allocation, reconciliation, and updates
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Sales and payroll tax responsibilities
• General ledger (G/L) work — experience is a plus
• General office duties, including filing and recordkeeping
• Communicating professionally with customers and staff
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Proficient oral and written communication
• Basic knowledge of accounting terminology and practices
• General computer skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
• Current valid driver's license
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
