Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on clients within a hospice setting, encountering individuals who are coping with severe mental health issues alongside terminal diagnoses or chronic illnesses. Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

  At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services in similar settings.
