Job summary
Seeking a Senior Sales Executive with extensive experience in BPO/Contact Center solutions, specializing in Hi Tech industries. Responsible for creating demand, managing end-to-end sales cycles, developing strategic market plans, and building C-level relationships for transformative AI-driven BPO/BPaaS services.
Responsibilities
The Sales Director will proactively originate and close large, complex BPO and BPaaS deals by building relationships with C-level decision makers. They will lead the end-to-end sales cycle and develop customized transformative service solutions leveraging AI and automation.
Qualifications
AI and automation BPO business development customer experience deal structuring industry expertise in Hi Tech, Fintech, Telecom, Media, Retail leadership relationship management sales strategic planning
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in BPO sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex global deals. A deep understanding of transformative outsourcing models and experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients in the technology sector is required.
