CRB Administrator Trainee

Supervisory experience is preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience in an office environment. Familiarity with M.G.L. Chapter 32 and PERAC regulations (or willingness to learn). Knowledge of finance, accounting, benefits calculation, financial record keeping; knowledge of city government; MGL, and pension calculations. (or willingness to learn). Strong math, accounting, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. Commitment to accuracy and service excellence. Additional duties as assigned. Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office environment. The candidate selected must be willing to attend occasional training, seminars, workshops, and/or conferences for several days.
