ABA Scheduler
The ABA Scheduler will assist with daily ABA scheduling and customer service calls. Maintain and organize client and staff schedules. Schedule ABA appointments, resolve conflicts, makeup sessions and handle cancellations. Answer phones, direct messages, audit supervision etc. Responsible for maintaining an excellent client and provider experience.
Duties/Qualifications:
- Maintaining positive attitude through customer service situations
- Schedules and maintains appointments.
- Communicates between Client, Staff and Management
- Obtains client information and inputs it into system
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Position Requirements:
- Must have ABA Therapy Scheduling Experience
- Central Reach Experienced Preferred
- Fast paced scheduling experience
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Computer skills; Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Office setting, sitting for long periods of time and viewing computer screens
