Job Description
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex projects, coordinating multiple tasks, and serving as the communication link between the office, vendors, customers, and field personnel. Experience in sheet metal construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and computer skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
Duties include:
Project Coordination: Managing e-mails and requests, creating and maintaining project files, obtaining submittals, creating and submitting Shop Standards, assisting with site surveys/scans, updating Sage and internal project tracking systems.
Drawing & Document Control: Process and track formal Project correspondence, including submittals, RFIs, drawings and change orders.
Construction Support: Download cutsheets, coordinate distribution of drawings and job folders to field crews, assist Project Managers with any requests.
