Role Description The Staffing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntington, NY. This position is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and hiring process for therapy and support staff, including posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing new hire orientations. The role involves maintaining up-to-date staffing records, supporting workforce planning, and collaborating with leadership to ensure appropriate staffing levels across services. The Staffing Coordinator will also communicate regularly with candidates and team members, provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and help uphold the organization’s commitment to high-quality, family-centered care. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with hiring and interviewing processes, including candidate screening and selection. Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with applicants, staff, and families. Experience coordinating and delivering new hire orientations or onboarding activities. Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical or educational environment. Proficiency with basic office software and applicant tracking or HR systems is preferred. Prior experience in healthcare, therapy services, or education settings is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
