Hiring a Staffing Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee daily workforce scheduling and staffing operations. This role is critical to maintaining appropriate coverage while supporting clinical leadership and human resources.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage daily and weekly staffing schedules

• Address call-outs and unexpected schedule changes in real time

• Ensure staffing levels meet operational and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate agency staffing when necessary

• Communicate ongoing staffing needs to HR and facility leadership

• Support recruitment efforts by identifying coverage gaps and open roles

• Assist with additional administrative duties related to staffing

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous staffing or scheduling experience preferred (LTC or healthcare strongly preferred)

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Must meet applicable Department of Health requirements
