Scheduling Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client services, caregiver scheduling, and daily office operations for a private-pay focused home care agency. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with families and caregivers while ensuring exceptional client service and smooth agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and respond to last-minute changes
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, families, and caregivers
- Field incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Manage client onboarding, documentation, and service setup
- Manage visit verification & payroll processing
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, care standards, and DOH requirements
- Paid on-call rotation for after-hours/weekends
Qualifications
- Home care experience in care coordination
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with AlayaCare, HHAeXchange, or similar EHR scheduling platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
