Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients to identify their physical abilities, limitations, and treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload effectively, typically addressing one patient per hour, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize appropriate modalities to enhance recovery, improve range of motion, and facilitate effective rehabilitation.
• Guide and motivate patients through their treatment regimens, fostering an environment of encouragement and support.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Thoroughly document all patient interactions and care strategies in compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Earned Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to develop and implement exercise protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management processes.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years' experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, enhancing your ability to navigate complex patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
