Manufacturing HR Generalist — Employee Relations & Onboarding

Venteon is seeking an HR Generalist to support Human Resources activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with plant leadership and employees, providing hands-on support across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance and general HR administration. Responsibilities include day-to-day HR support for hourly and salaried employees, investigations, onboarding, FMLA, and maintaining HR records, while partnering with plant managers on HR matters #J-18808-Ljbffr Venteon
