Monday-Friday 2-10p LPN

***$12,500 SIGN ON BONUS, paid out quarterly over 1 year***

Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

Join our team at Independence Manor Care Center, a small, skilled nursing facility with a unique, home-like atmosphere in Independence, MO. Our LPNs play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, with a focus on enhancing their health and improving their quality of life. As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Independence Manor, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Assist with wound care, treatment, and rehabilitation services as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
