Associate Account Executive

About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter eager to develop their career in healthcare technology sales. This position will support a sales team that handles the end-to-end sales cycle and will be responsible for researching sales prospects and cultivating those contacts for the team. This position requires the ability to dive in and understand complex business environments and sales cycles. You will rapidly become proficient in using a CRM system such as Salesforce and other sales tools. Eligibility: This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship now or in the future. How you will make an impact Gain comprehensive knowledge of XiFin’s value proposition, the markets we support, and our product and service offerings Identify and qualify new business and white space opportunities that will support a sales pipeline for the sales team Use multiple methods of outreach to communicate with both existing and new accounts Regularly track and update activity in Salesforce Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products Measure activity and results through KPI tracking Participate in projects and other job duties as assigned What you will bring to the team Competitive spirit and achievement orientation Clear and confident communication, both in writing and in conversation Eager to learn, ask great questions, and work with others to solve problems Skills and experience you have Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or relevant scientific discipline Bachelor’s degree in process Experience with prospecting 1+ year of experience in sales or sales support Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% Why XiFin We’re more than just a healthcare technology company—we’re a team that cares about people. The expected hourly range for this role is $30.00-$34.00 plus KPI achievement incentives , based on your experience and skills. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
