Customer Service Representative

SUMMARYResponsible for providing effectively serving all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively on how to resolve product and service problems.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains customer records by updating account information.Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, information about other products and services.Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.Maintains detailed files for documentation.Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Maintain accurate pricing, execute price adjustments.Purchase tooling, sheets and finished goods and process vendor invoices and invoices to customersMaintain inventoryAcknowledging and resolving customer complaints, arrange pick up of material, process credit to customerSpecial projects and assignments as business dictates.Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSPrior computer data entry experience preferred.Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.Application knowledge and skill for computer data entry.High School Diploma/ Equivalent.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to work independently.Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota.PHYSICAL DEMANDSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to handle or feel.The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Noise level in the WORK ENVIRONMENT is usually (low/moderate/loud).OTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
