We are currently looking to hire over 6-8 employees in all our Las Vegas branch.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Sorter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting, categorizing, and managing a variety of documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless office operations. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will contribute significantly to maintaining an organized and productive work environment. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical skills and a passion for precision to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Each staff will be assigned a bankers box that contains files. Requires some lifting.
• Sort file folders and counting. Record folder count in Time sheet.
• Sort and removes files from folder, remove paper clips or staples.
• Arrange paper files by document type or per instructions.
• Insert separator sheets per folder file.

Experience

• Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly .

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hr Lunch break

*DOCUMENT SCANNER OPERATORS

Job Description : This job requires that you have good computer knowledge. The company will also provide you with special training to scan these files. ViaTRON scans four media-types – Paper Files, Wide-Format or Large Drawings, Microfilm and Microfiche. If you have good computer knowledge and experience, ViaTRON will train you on these specialized scanners.

Required: You are required to have very good computer skills and prior knowledge with experience. This job required your full focus and attention.

Wages : $14.00 - $15.00. Final wages are based on knowledge, skill, experience, and

Scanning Department assigned to.

WORK SHIFT Available:

Shift-1: Starts at 6:00 a.m. Ends at 3:00 p.m. There is a 10-minute Break after every two hours of work. Lunch is at 12:00 p.m.

Shift-2: Starts at 3:00 p.m. Ends at 11:30 p.m. There is a 10-minute Break after every two hours of work. Lunch is at 7:00 p.m.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: COLLEGE LEVEL

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in computer skills - For Scanning Position

- Wide format scanning experience is a plus
- Familiarity with office tasks, and basic math
- Previous clerical and administrative experience
