What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and close.
• Understand client business challenges and position X by 2's consulting services as strategic solutions.
• Partner with marketing and technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and sales materials that move opportunities forward.
• Build fluency in X by 2's capabilities through collaboration, client conversations, and independent learning.
• Manage leads, relationships, and opportunities in Salesforce with accuracy and discipline.
• Represent X by 2 at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a sales role.
• Not Required, But a Real Advantage
  • Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience.
  • Existing network of business relationships within those industries.

Compensation

• Up to $130,000, based on performance

Location

• Reside in Metro Detroit Area
• Required to be in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at our Farmington Hills, MI location.
• Occasional travel within US and Canada required.
