Our client is seeking a Senior People Experience Manager to lead initiatives that shape the employee experience, from onboarding through career development, driving engagement, culture, and retention across the organization.

As the Senior People Experience (PX) Manager, your mission is to champion the dignity, growth, and retention of our frontline employees. You will own the entire employee lifecycle—from the moment a candidate signs their offer letter through their onboarding, daily shift experience, recognition, and long-term career growth. By bridging the gap between corporate leadership and the field, you will ensure our cleaners feel respected, safe, valued, and connected to our core mission.

What our customers need help with

• Design and lead employee-experience strategies across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and engagement.
• Analyze employee-engagement survey data and drive action planning.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a strong new-hire experience.
• Develop recognition programs and employee-engagement initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and L&D on career development and retention strategies.
• Manage employee-communication strategies related to people programs.
• Track and report on key experience and engagement metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve employee satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior People Experience team members.
• Equip Area Operations Managers and Site Supervisors with the coaching tools and communication skills necessary to welcome and retain new team members.
• Create opportunities for connection among isolated shift workers through localized events, digital messaging boards, and peer-to-peer appreciation campaigns.
• Synthesize field feedback into actionable insights for the executive leadership team, serving as the primary advocate for changes that improve work conditions.
• Act as a trusted, neutral resource for resolving employee relations issues in the field, ensuring fair, respectful, and legally compliant outcomes.

What stands out amongst top talent

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development, including people- management experience.
• Strong project-management and change-management skills.
• Experience analyzing engagement data and translating it into action plans.
• Excellent communication leadership , and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in multi-site or field-services organizations a plus.
• Comfort analyzing retention metrics, turn-over patterns, and survey results to pitch and implement structural changes.
