The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse, yard, and logistics operations supporting construction projects. This role ensures materials are received, organized, delivered, and tracked efficiently while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high‑performing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, stocking, and inventory control.
• Schedule and coordinate all deliveries to job sites using in‑house drivers and vendor logistics.
• Optimize delivery routes, truck loading, and scheduling to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure materials are available to support project timelines.
• Oversee warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring productivity, safety, and accountability.
• Support purchasing activities including vendor coordination and material sourcing.
• Monitor material costs and assist with budget adherence for project‑based work.
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to forecast material needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse management, logistics, or purchasing experience (construction or mechanical trades preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, piping, or mechanical materials (preferred).
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP systems (strong plus).
• Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse personnel or drivers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
