Position Details:OpCo Location: 877 Perry Rd., Plainfield, IN 46168Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, normal business hours, with a requirement to work 100% on-site. Occasional early morning or late afternoon hours may be required. Subject to change based on business needs but will still be on average 40-45 hours per week.Travel: N/ACompensation: $65k-$75k Base Salary, depending on experience, with bonus opportunity based on KPIs!!Position Purpose:As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner in delivering comprehensive HR support across a range of key functional areas. This hands-on role requires strong professional experience in employee relations, performance management, and payroll, with a focus on ensuring compliance with both Federal and California employment laws. As the sole HR business partner on-site at our Hayward OpCo distribution center, you will collaborate closely with operational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives-driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement to foster a high-performance, people-first culture.
