Step into a rewarding position supporting young learners as a Special Education Teacher within an instructional classroom setting for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers consistent hours—37.5 per week—serving a dedicated caseload of five students in 3rd and 4th grades. The school day runs from 8:40 AM to 3:25 PM, providing balance and predictability in your workweek.

Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Illinois special education licensure and certification
- Demonstrated school-based experience working with elementary students
- Solid knowledge of developmentally appropriate instructional strategies for diverse learners
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, parents, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide differentiated instruction and develop IEPs tailored to individual student goals
