You'll connect with leads, book trial workouts, sell memberships, and guide potential athletes toward the right training programs to meet their goals.Responsibilities:Make daily outbound calls with urgency and enthusiasmNurture leads through the sales process with authenticity and driveKeep accurate records of all client interactions and progressConfidently prescribe and sell D1 services based on individual goals and needsWhat We're Looking For:A high-energy personality who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment1+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close1+ years of customer service, ideally in fitness or wellnessA natural communicator who can inspire, motivate, and connect23 hours a week from 3PM to 8PM Monday to Thursday and noon to 3PM SaturdayReady to Be Part of Something Bigger?At D1 Training Toledo, we're more than a gym—we're a movement. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world's best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
