This position operates in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our team and clients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and personalized assessments for children, identifying individual strengths and areas needing improvement.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that objectives are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and modify as necessary to enhance developmental outcomes.
\n
• Provide families with essential information, skills, and strategies to support their child's development and well-being, fostering a strong partnership.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to facilitate child learning and growth.
\n
• Comply with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring adherence to best practice standards in social work.
\n
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for both staff and clients by observing necessary health and safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, particularly those in early intervention programs (birth to three years) who are experiencing developmental challenges or delays. As an LCSW, you will have the opportunity to work closely with families to navigate their children’s early developmental milestones, ensuring that every child has access to the resources and support they need to flourish.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure with the Department of Public Health, with LCSW status necessary to practice.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel as needed for client services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
