What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Services professionals both in the US and South America Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, and performance analytics Identify opportunities to improve customer service, order processing, and operational efficiency Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Technical Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction Manage customer escalations and implement solutions that strengthen long-term relationships Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements and performance monitoring What You’ll Bring 3+ years of leadership or people management experience 5+ years of customer service, account services, sales support, or related experience Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development abilities Aerospace, aviation, distribution, or other regulated industry experience highly preferred Why Join Sky Mart?
