Vice President of Store Operations

Role Description We are seeking a Vice President of Store Operations to lead and scale all retail store operations across CardsHQ’s rapidly growing multi-market retail organization. This executive will own overall store performance, operational execution, customer experience, labor productivity, and field leadership development across all locations. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, you will develop strategies to drive sales growth, oversee operational efficiency, and foster outstanding customer service. The VP of Store Operations will build the infrastructure, leadership discipline, and operational accountability required to scale a high-growth retail organization nationally. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day retail store operations while ensuring operational consistency and strong customer experiences across all markets Establish scalable operating standards, procedures, and accountability systems across the retail organization Drive operational excellence through improved workflows, execution discipline, merchandising consistency, and customer engagement Own overall store fleet financial performance including revenue growth, labor productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency Develop operational KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and performance expectations aligned with company growth goals Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Store Managers, and field leadership teams to support scalable growth Build succession planning, leadership development, and bench strength for future market expansion and new store openings Support new store launches by ensuring operational readiness, staffing alignment, and consistent execution across expanding markets Champion a high-performance, customer-focused culture centered on accountability, employee engagement, leadership development, and operational excellence Qualifications 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience Multi-unit and multi-market retail operations leadership experience required Strong P&L management and financial acumen Proven experience scaling high-growth retail organizations Strong leadership development and team-building capability Exceptional operational discipline and execution focus Experience building scalable processes and field infrastructure Strong communication, leadership, and organizational influence skills Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environments Trading card, collectibles, hobby, specialty retail, or enthusiast-driven retail experience strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CardsHQ
