They must maintain order, enforce rules, and resolve conflicts when necessary. Excellent supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. They should be highly responsible and capable of fostering positive relationships with students. Successful candidates must pass a background check and demonstrate a commitment to promoting a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
