CNC Machinist - Mill/Lathe
Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Night Shift

HireCall  is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a leading manufacturing company in Catoosa, OK. If you have experience setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes and take pride in producing high-quality precision parts, we want to hear from you.

Our client operates a modern machine shop with equipment including:

• HWACHEON CNC Machines
• Haas VF-5 & VF-7 Machining Centers
• Mori Seiki CNC Machines

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, routers, and bills of material.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Use precision measuring instruments including:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Depth micrometers
  • Drop indicators
  • Pin gauges
  • Thread gauges
  • Functional gauges
• Identify and report nonconforming parts.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Record scrap and rework accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment maintenance needs and production issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC mills and/or CNC lathes required.
• Machine setup experience preferred.
• Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, HWACHEON, or similar CNC equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of precision measuring equipment.
• CMM or Optical Comparator experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a positive team-oriented attitude.
