Client Services Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a Client Services Manager in Palm Harbor, FL. This role is ideal for a client-focused financial services professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting financial planning activities, and helping clients feel confident throughout the service experience. The Client Services Manager will support a wealth advisory environment by managing day-to-day client service needs, preparing financial analysis, supporting financial plans, monitoring portfolios, and helping identify opportunities to improve client outcomes. This position plays an important role in allowing senior advisors to focus on complex client relationships and new business development. Key Responsibilities Series 65 license is required Life and Health insurance license is required Serve as a primary service contact for clients, handling incoming calls, emails, meeting follow-up, and day-to-day account needs with professionalism and warmth. Conduct financial analysis, assist with financial plan preparation, review portfolio risk, and support customized investment recommendations under advisor guidance. Manage client onboarding, new business paperwork, account updates, transaction requests, change forms, and follow-up on pending service items. Maintain accurate CRM records, client notes, electronic files, workflows, compliance documentation, and service tracking. Facilitate client delivery meetings, ad hoc meetings, annual reviews, and pre-appointment preparation for upcoming advisor meetings. Collaborate with internal team members, support client events and seminars, and assist with training within the client service function as needed.
