Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist with Elevated Physical Therapy Group, you will operate within a supportive and collaborative environment. The facility is equipped with the latest technology and resources to facilitate effective rehabilitation processes. The team works collaboratively, and you will have the chance to share best practices with fellow therapists. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement assessments to devise personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient's recovery needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, utilizing hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and optimizing communication within the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align on patient goals and enhance care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
