Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure that all goals are met effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize patient outcomes and engage with a broader healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their caregivers, enhancing their understanding of treatment protocols and encouraging adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes to facilitate continuity of care and meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience

While a newly licensed therapist is encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly in managing orthopedic and neurological cases, will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits
