Public Sector Benefits Manager | Workday Expert
City of Dallas
The City of Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Manager to oversee employee benefits programs for approximately 23,000 participants. You will lead administration, enrollment, data integrity, and reporting using Workday and other HRIS tools, while partnering with budget, contracts, and wellness teams. Ideal candidates have 5 years of benefits administration and 3 years of supervisory experience, plus certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-CP.
