Admissions & Community Relations Director

Cambridge Senior Living is looking for a relationship-driven Admissions & Community Relations Director to join our established Hudson community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, sales, community involvement, and meaningful conversations to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative marketing strategies that help drive census and occupancy goals.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, senior organizations, churches, nonprofits, and other community contacts.
• Get out into the community through calls, visits, networking, events, and good old-fashioned relationship building.
• Generate and manage leads and make sure prospective residents and families receive timely, thoughtful follow-up.
• Give engaging community tours and complete prospective resident assessments.
• Guide families through the admissions process from that first conversation all the way through move-in.
• Work closely with the Administrator and clinical team to help ensure the right fit and a smooth transition for every new resident.
• Plan and participate in open houses, educational events, senior fairs, networking events, and other community activities.
• Help tell the Cambridge story through social media, newsletters, flyers, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Keep prospect and referral information organized and up to date in the CRM.
• Track leads, tours, conversions, referral activity, and census trends
• Partner with the Administrator and Regional Business Development Director on strategies to grow census and strengthen our presence in the community.
• Represent Cambridge Senior Living throughout the Hudson area and become a familiar, trusted face in the community.
• Participate in Manager on Duty and holiday rotations, as assigned.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or currently working toward a degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in community relations, public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience in healthcare or senior living preferred.
• Someone who is comfortable talking with just about anyone—from a prospective resident and their family to a hospital social worker or community business owner.
• Strong communication, public speaking, writing, organizational, and planning skills.
• A self-starter who can manage priorities, work independently, collaborate with a team, and take direction from the Administrator and/or Regional Director of Operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• CBRF Registry, CPR/AED certification, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia care experience preferred, but not required.
