Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm’s Miami office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience to join a collaborative and dynamic team that handles complex business and commercial disputes.

Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level Associate, you will:

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and preparing for trials or settlements.

• Work closely with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and building trusted relationships.

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, contracts, and correspondence.

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to develop and execute effective case strategies.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay informed on developments in relevant laws and precedents.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Contribute to pro bono initiatives that expand access to justice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of 4 years of strong litigation experience in a law firm setting.

• Federal court clerkship experience is a plus.

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $310,000 – $390,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
