This newly created role is ideal for a benefits professional who has experience with self-funded medical plans and is excited by the opportunity to influence strategy, improve employee experience, and build scalable programs for a growing workforce. You'll help shape benefits programs that support employees while driving business objectives, all within a growing organization committed to investing in its people.Benefits Manager Responsibilities:Lead the administration and strategic direction of employee benefits programsManage and enhance a self-funded medical plan while coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offeringsServe as the key liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other vendorsEnsure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulationsDevelop employee communication and education programsLead wellness and well-being initiativesAnalyze claims, utilization, and plan performance data to identify opportunities for improvementManage benefits enrollment processes and employee supportRequirements for Benefits Manager:3+ years of benefits administration experience with self-funded health plans requiredStrong understanding of benefits compliance requirementsVendor management and negotiation experienceExcellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skillsHRIS and Microsoft Office proficiencyBachelor's degree preferredSHRM or CEBS certification preferredIND345 Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
