• Experience: Minimum 3 years in NICU or Pediatric unit, Epic experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend deliveries (vaginal and cesarean) and assist with newborn transitions
• Admit and discharge neonates, including routine and complex cases
• Manage ventilators, central lines, IV placement, and medication administration
• Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertions, PICC line placements, and x-rays
• Educate and update parents about their infant's care and breastfeeding support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including NNPs, MDs, RNs, social services, and therapists
• Float to neonatal outpatient units and newborn nurseries as needed

What You Need:

• Valid RN license and current BLS & NRP certifications
• At least 3 years of NICU or comparable pediatric experience, management of ventilators, central lines, and medication administration
• Skilled in procedures like IV placements, blood draws, chest tube assistance, and intubation
• Compassionate with strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience with Epic electronic health records a plus
