Under close supervision of the Associate Printing Plant Superintendent, in Digital Print and Mail Services, at the entry, learning, and full working level the Mailing Machines Operator (MMO) I position performs increasingly difficult duties related to the processing of large volumes of outgoing United States Postal Services and other carrier mail, and learns how to operate the machinery required to perform the MMO duties within the Office of State Publishing (OSP). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. The Department of General Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes.
