ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the nonprofit sector supporting veterans, an experience that strengthened my passion for serving others and making a difference. I was born in Hawaii and am proud to be the first person in my family to earn a college degree.

Giving back continues to be an important part of who we are. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and local food pantry, and we frequently volunteer at a nearby elementary school. We enjoy staying connected and finding meaningful ways to support the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Lily Hoa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish preferred.
